Build your own drying unit with the modular system

IRT infrared SingleHeater can be used separately but it can also be combined into larger customized installations.

Many of our customers design their own installations, but we are happy to help with basic concept, design and construction. As a customer you will have access to a huge bank of experience and knowledge of the infrared technology.

Product information

The SingleHeater gives full heat output in seconds. Thanks to the quick response and the gold coated reflector design, maximum effect can be achieved in a highly energy efficient way, which makes it ideal to start/stop with photocell (see Accessories further down) or machine signal.

With the control unit (see Accessories further down), an output of 0-100 % can be selected manually or automatically using the non-contact pyrometer (see Accessories further down). Hence any type of thermal cycle can be chosen, depending on what you want to achieve.
Thanks to the gold coated reflector design, maximum effect can be achieved in a highly energy efficient way. SingleHeaters are equipped with either elliptic (E) or parabolic (P) reflectors based on the shape of the object to be heated.

SingleHeaters are ideal to start/stop with a photocell (see Accessories further down) or with machine signal.

  • SingleHeater is available in several versions and sizes from 117-1124 mm / 0.2-4 kW
  • Choose internal fan or duct for external fan
  • Choose elliptic or parabolic reflector based on object shape
  • Choose protection of glass or mesh
  • Available with or without control
  • Connect to 230, 235 or 400 V.
