Drester Dynamic Triple

A unique and closed system of handling solvents:

1) Recycler (DR-120-A)
2) Docking Unit (RDX-8012)
3) Drester Ace Solvent or Combo spraygun cleaner

The transfer of the solvents between the gun cleaner and the recycler is fully automated.
Instantly after the transfer of solvents, access to clean solvent in the gun cleaner is available.

  • Manual solvent handling is eliminated
  • Keeps the solvent in the gun cleaner in better condition
  • Reduces solvent consumption
  • Solvent waste is kept to a minimum and costs are cut dramatically

Product information

The Recycler distills contaminated solvent and recovers approximately 95% for reuse, dramatically reducing operating costs and hazardous waste.

Why choose a closed solvent recycling system?

• Reduced solvent consumption
• Up to 95% solvent recovery
• Better spray gun cleaning performance
• Reduced hazardous waste
• Lower disposal costs
• Reduced exposure to solvent fumes
• Cleaner workshop
• Improved workflow
• Faster return on investment

How Dynamic Triple Works
Dynamic Triple is designed to keep your spray gun cleaner supplied with clean solvent while automatically recovering and recycling used solvent in the background. Instead of manually emptying dirty solvent and refilling with fresh solvent, the entire process becomes a continuous closed-loop system.

Step 1 – Clean your spray gun
Clean the spray gun as usual using your DRESTER Ace or Classic spray gun cleaner.
The gun cleaner contains separate solvent containers that continuously manage clean and used solvent during every wash cycle.
Step 2 – Used solvent is collected automatically
During each wash cycle:
Solvent is drawn from the outer container and used solvent drains back into an inner collection container.
As cleaning continues, the inner container gradually fills while the level in the outer container slowly decreases.
The system is designed to manage solvent circulation automatically throughout normal operation.
Step 3 – The rinse cycle works the same way
During the final rinse:
Fresh rinse solvent is supplied from a separate clean container.
Used rinse solvent is collected in another inner container.
Once full, excess solvent returns to the outer container, ready for recycling.
This keeps the cleaning process efficient while separating solvent flows within the system.
Step 4 – Start the recycler when needed
When the cleaning solvent eventually becomes contaminated, simply start the Drester DR120 Recycler.
No manual emptying.
No pouring.
No lifting heavy solvent containers.
No exposure to unnecessary solvent fumes.
Step 5 – Fresh solvent returns automatically
Within approximately two minutes, the system automatically transfers:
– a fresh batch of recycled solvent back to the spray gun cleaner
– a batch of contaminated solvent to the recycler for distillation
The spray gun cleaner is quickly ready for continued operation with clean solvent.
Meanwhile, the recycler continues processing used solvent in the background.
Step 6 – The recycling process continues automatically
While technicians continue working:
– used solvent is distilled
– approximately 95% of the solvent is recovered
– clean solvent is prepared for the next automatic transfer
The next time fresh solvent is needed, it is already waiting.
This continuous cycle dramatically reduces solvent purchases while minimizing hazardous waste.

Benefits for body shops:

Reduce solvent purchases
Recycling up to 95% of cleaning solvent means significantly fewer purchases of new solvent.
Lower hazardous waste costs
Every litre recycled is one litre that does not require expensive disposal.
Improve workshop safety
Dynamic Triple minimizes:
• manual solvent handling
• solvent fumes
• heavy lifting
• accidental spills
Better spray gun cleaning
Cleaner solvent provides cleaner spray guns.
Cleaner spray guns improve paint quality.
Extend equipment life
Because the cleaning solvent stays cleaner, the spray gun cleaner itself lasts longer and requires less maintenance.
Faster workflow
Automatic solvent transfer takes only a few minutes, meaning technicians spend less time maintaining equipment and more time painting.
Flexible installation
Dynamic Triple adapts to almost any mixing room.
The three units may be installed:
• together
• separately
• in different rooms
• with up to 25 metres between recycler and gun cleaner (subject to local fire regulations)

Typical applications
Dynamic Triple is ideal for:
• Automotive body shops
• Collision repair centres
• Commercial vehicle repair
• Industrial paint shops
• Fleet maintenance facilities
